Newbrel are one of the leading manufacturers of architectural insulated panels in the UK. We supply many of the largest curtain walling and window companies and have been the leading supplier of A2 S1 D0 rated panels for Birmingham City Councils’ extensive panel replacement programme having completed over seventy blocks to date.
We have also completed projects at Chelsea Bridge Wharf, Lewisham Gateway and many more. We have also completed many prestigious New Build projects such as the new Science & Engineering Building at Manchester Municipal University, Wirral Growth, Wirral Building 1, The Factory in Manchester just to name a few projects.
We were one of the first architectural panel manufacturers to bring a tested panel to the marketplace. Our Ultraglaze-NC panels have been tested at Warrington Fire and achieved a Eurofire rating of A2 s1 d0 in accordance with EN13501-1. Our modern facility includes two automatic adhesive applicators – essential for monitoring the coating weights, three CNC beam saws, five vacuum presses varying in size.
